Making Messes in May

A Pinterest Project for Cameron's room - I used painter's tape and spelled out Cameron's name
then I squirted paint in several places and encouraged Cameron to play around with it
but he mostly wanted to play with it in his hands. Then we got a paint brush and made even more mess.
The finished project - I am very pleased with it and would love to do it again and see how his skills and interest change.
He snuck the whole tub of bath toys into the bath to play. So adorable.
Then he like almost everything else plates, cups, books, toys, he puts it on his head and says "hat"
And it's hot enough to really enjoy/need to play in the water, so we got out the little kid pool for the first time this year.
Got his little swim diaper on and gave him some toys, but of course he wanted to play with the hose & other non toy items
Adorable, adorable boy who is growing up so so fast
Trying to drink the water - then he wanted to get out so I put his little shoes on and then it became a game of out and back in, out and back in.
And of course, he had to bring the baseball and stick that he found with him in the water.
Daddy needed to change the oil on both of our cars, so when Cameron woke up from his nap and saw daddy working, he immediately went over and crawled underneath with him.
Looking around and putting his hands up just like daddy
Then he went and got his own "tools" (things out of daddy's tools - a tire gauge & the air compressor hose end) so he could use tools to help daddy. so so so adorable
Then we washed the cars, which included me spraying Cameron with the hose while I rinsed cars
and Cameron playing in the soapy water because of all those bubbles were calling his name.
At one point, Cameron actually got in the bucket and squatted down so he was over waist deep in the bucket. He is just so fun.
